Dual-Block PCR Thermal Cycler ETC821D/DG, 2 x 48 Wells (CAT#: STEM-AL-6434-ZJF)

The ETC821D/DG is a dual-block PCR thermal cycler for running two amplification programs independently. Its two thermal blocks allow separate PCR protocols to be operated on the same instrument. Each block is configured for small-throughput reactions using standard 0.2 mL PCR vessels. The dual-block architecture is suited to teaching, research, and other workflows with multiple low-volume PCR tasks. Peltier temperature control provides programmed heating and cooling during denaturation, annealing, and extension. Gradient capability is available across the dual-module configuration. The system uses a user interface for independent programming and monitoring of the two blocks. The instrument combines two autonomous PCR work areas in a single bench-top enclosure.
