The JRDC-20 dry nitrogen evaporator is a sample-concentration instrument that combines controlled heating with a nitrogen gas stream. It is intended for batch concentration during drug screening, hormone analysis, chromatography, and mass-spectrometry sample preparation. Nitrogen is directed through individual needles onto the surface of heated sample solutions. The gas flow accelerates solvent evaporation while limiting exposure of the concentrated sample to oxygen. The heating section brings samples toward the selected evaporation condition. Independent gas channels allow individual positions to be operated or adjusted as required. The adjustable needle arrangement accommodates different tube configurations within the working area. The system is suitable for parallel preparation of multiple samples before instrumental analysis.
