Nitrogen Evaporator Bionoon-12DC; Bionoon-24DC, 150°C Maximum Temperature (CAT#: STEM-AL2-1040-ZJF)

The Bionoon-12DC; Bionoon-24DC is a nitrogen evaporator for concentrating liquid samples under a controlled gas stream. It directs nitrogen onto heated sample surfaces to accelerate solvent evaporation while limiting oxygen exposure. Microprocessor and PID control regulate the heating module for repeatable temperature management. The aluminum heating block provides uniform heat transfer across the sample positions. Independent gas needles allow individual flow adjustment and help avoid cross-contamination between sample positions. Channels can be operated individually or in combination according to the required batch size. The lifting mechanism provides controlled positioning of the gas needles over the sample vessels. The two listed configurations differ mainly in the number of heating modules while sharing the same primary operating ranges.
