The DGLS-75B is a high-capacity vertical steam sterilizer for institutional and laboratory use. It provides automatic sterilization of medical devices, dressings, glassware, liquids, and culture media. The bolt-secured lid supports reliable pressure containment during operation. The cabinet, chamber, and baskets are constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. A microcomputer controller with PID regulation provides rapid heating and stable temperature management. Multiple parameters are displayed digitally, while the pressure gauge provides mechanical pressure indication. The self-expanding silicone gasket improves sealing performance at operating pressure. An automatic safety valve releases excess pressure when the chamber exceeds the specified threshold. Low-water detection stops the heater and activates red-light, audible, and visual warnings. Automatic exhaust and natural cooling modes support different post-sterilization requirements.
