The DGL-75X is a high-capacity vertical sterilizer that uses saturated steam and internal circulation. It is suitable for medical devices, dressings, glass vessels, liquid preparations, and laboratory materials. The stainless-steel housing, chamber, and loading baskets provide heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. Microcomputer-based PID control supports fast heating and precise control of sterilization temperature. The operating panel combines an LED digital display with a pressure gauge for clear process monitoring. Its handwheel sliding lid and safety interlock prevent opening while pressure remains inside the chamber. A safety valve automatically relieves excessive pressure, while low-water and wastewater high-level alarms stop heating under abnormal conditions. Internal circulation retains steam within the system instead of releasing it directly into the room. A drying function reduces surface moisture, and an RS232 port permits connection to a compatible thermal printer.
