The DGL X series is a vertical steam sterilizer range with automatic control, drying, and internal steam circulation. The units use a self-expanding seal to close the sterilization chamber during operation. A microcomputer controls the sterilization parameters and the automatic process sequence. Stainless steel inner cylinders or optional baskets support different load arrangements. Cold air and steam are discharged automatically, while the steam circulation design limits external steam release. Drying is integrated into the operating cycle for post-sterilization moisture reduction. Safety interlocking and automatic protection functions monitor temperature, pressure, water level, and dry-heating conditions. The range is intended for routine steam sterilization where automatic operation and contained steam discharge are required.
