DGL-75G Vertical Steam Sterilizer with Drying, 75 L and 4.5 kW (CAT#: STEM-BC-3941-ZJF)

The DGL-75G is a high-capacity vertical steam sterilizer with an integrated drying function. It is designed for sterilizing instruments, dressings, glassware, liquid preparations, and culture media. Automatic program control coordinates heating, sterilization, pressure reduction, and drying. The cabinet, chamber, and baskets are constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. A PID-controlled microcomputer provides rapid temperature rise and stable process control. The LED digital panel and pressure gauge allow direct monitoring of operating conditions. A self-expanding silicone seal improves pressure retention and chamber tightness. The automatic safety valve protects the vessel against excessive pressure. Low-water protection interrupts heating and activates red-light, audible, and visual alarms. Users can configure the drying time and choose automatic steam discharge or natural cooling after sterilization.
