The DGL-50X is a 50 L vertical steam sterilizer designed for controlled laboratory and medical sterilization. It uses saturated steam to process instruments, dressings, glassware, medicinal liquids, and other compatible loads. The housing, chamber, and loading baskets use 304 stainless steel to withstand heat and corrosion. Its microcomputer system combines LED indication, PID control, and automatic heating-parameter adjustment. A mechanical pressure gauge provides direct monitoring of chamber pressure. The handwheel-operated sliding lid incorporates an interlock that prevents opening under pressure and prevents cycle startup when unsecured. Automatic low-water and wastewater high-level alarms interrupt heating when abnormal water conditions occur. Internal steam circulation prevents direct vapor discharge and supports safer indoor operation. The unit also provides adjustable post-cycle depressurization, drying, and RS232 thermal-printer connectivity.
