The DGS-280B is a compact portable pressure steam sterilizer for clinical and laboratory use. It uses saturated steam to sterilize compatible medical instruments and related items. The microcomputer controller allows the sterilization temperature, pressure, and time to be adjusted. An LED digital display and dual-scale pressure gauge provide clear operating information. The unit sounds a buzzer and stops automatically when the sterilization cycle is complete. Low-water protection cuts the electrical circuit, stops the heater, and activates an alarm when the vessel contains insufficient water. An immersion-type stainless-steel heating tube provides rapid heating and extended service life. The thickened 304 stainless-steel body offers durability, corrosion resistance, and convenient cleaning. A self-expanding silicone sealing ring, automatic steam-release valve, and full-lift safety valve support secure pressure operation.
