The DGL-100G is the largest vertical steam sterilizer with drying in the listed series. It is intended for large-volume processing in medical, pharmaceutical, academic, clinical, biological, food, and chemical facilities. The chamber accommodates instruments, dressings, glassware, solutions, and culture media. Automatic program control manages sterilization and the subsequent drying stage. The outer shell, pressure vessel, and loading baskets are manufactured from 304 stainless steel. PID regulation and automatic parameter tuning support fast and accurate heating. The LED display and mechanical pressure gauge provide clear process monitoring. A self-expanding silicone gasket maintains a secure seal throughout the pressure cycle. Safety-valve protection, door-control alarms, and low-water shutdown improve operating safety. Adjustable drying time, automatic exhaust, and natural cooling modes support flexible post-cycle handling.
