DGL-100B Vertical Steam Sterilizer, 100 L and 134°C (CAT#: STEM-BC-3934-ZJF)

The DGL-100B is the largest vertical steam sterilizer in the listed series. It provides saturated-steam treatment for medical instruments, dressings, liquid preparations, and laboratory glassware. The outer housing, chamber, and loading basket are fabricated from 304 stainless steel. This material supports high-temperature operation, corrosion resistance, and efficient cleaning. The microcomputer controller uses PID logic and automatic parameter tuning to achieve rapid and precise heating. Operating values are shown through an LED digital display and pressure gauge. A safety interlock prevents the handwheel lid from opening while the chamber remains pressurized. The cycle cannot begin unless the lid is fully closed and locked. Low-water protection automatically stops heating and provides audible and visual notification. Users can select automatic steam release or natural cooling for controlled post-cycle depressurization.
