ProBlot™ is not only a hybridization oven, the built in skaker extend its use to other applications. Microprocessor control and mechanical convection ensure an ultra accurate and uniform temperature environment. This makes the hybridization system very suitable for Northern and Southern blots, the growth of cultures and other applications that require strict control of incubation. The rotisserie included with ProBlot™ 12S can accommodate 35 mm diameter bottles and 50 ml test tubes. The speed of rotisserie is variable, and the axis is adjustable to set the desired level of stirring. The shaker has an orbit of 10 mm and a speed up to 300rpm. The operation of the shaker and rocker is controlled by a 2-hour timer. The flask platform comes with six 250 ml flask clamps. Customized platforms can be provided upon request.
