Description

This weak anion-exchange medium is designed for purification of proteins, nucleic acids, and peptides. It uses high-flow agarose functionalized with diethylaminoethyl groups. The weak-base ligand provides pH-dependent anion-exchange selectivity. The 24-44 µm particles support efficient mass transfer and high chromatographic resolution. A BSA adsorption capacity above 50 mg/mL supports preparative purification. The medium operates above 150 cm/h under the stated test conditions. Low nonspecific adsorption contributes to product recovery and process consistency. Broad chemical compatibility and steam resistance support repeated cleaning and reuse.
