Constant Temperature Shaking Incubator OLB-SL20, Touch Screen With Double Layer Shaking Tray (CAT#: STEM-AL2-2354-ZJF)

The constant temperature shaking incubator combines a temperature controlled chamber with an orbital shaking platform. Aeration and mixing are provided at the same time as temperature control, which is what growing cultures in flasks require. Work includes bacterial culture, fermentation, hybridisation and enzyme or cell based studies. Both heating and refrigeration are fitted, so the set point can be above or below room temperature. Temperature programs and operating modes are entered on the touch screen, and several stored programs are available. Records can be written to a memory stick or printed during or after the run. The shaking tray is built in two layers, holding both fixed clamps and universal spring clamps for different flask sizes. A door switch stops the platform immediately when the chamber is opened, protecting the operator. A ultraviolet lamp is provided for treatment of the chamber between runs, and illumination is available for inspection.
