Description

Consieve MET microfiltration membrane cassettes are designed for clarification processes after centrifugation of fermentation broth or cell lysate. The product provides high process flux, high loading capacity, effective clarification, and easy cleaning. Its open suspended flow path can handle feed streams with certain solid content and relatively high viscosity. The cassette is available with PES, hydrophilic PVDF, and regenerated cellulose membranes to meet different process needs. PES membranes provide high flux, high loading capacity, and acid-alkali resistance. Hydrophilic PVDF membranes provide strong hydrophilicity, high flux, high loading capacity, and good anti-fouling performance. Regenerated cellulose membranes provide natural hydrophilicity, good anti-fouling performance, and tolerance to various organic solvents. Lab and Flow formats support research, pilot, and production-scale applications.
