This sanitary disc filter is designed for small-volume clarification and sterilizing filtration. It uses a single replaceable membrane layer or a double-layer membrane configuration. The stainless steel housing provides a streamlined, crevice-reduced internal structure. Internal surfaces can be mirror polished or electropolished for cleaning and hygienic processing. Disposable membranes reduce cross-contamination risk between batches and eliminate repeated membrane-cleaning validation. Available disc diameters support laboratory, pilot, and small production volumes. The filter is suitable for disinfectants, lyophilized injectable preparations, small-volume injections, purified water, pharmaceutical liquids, and compatible chemicals. Each housing is hydrostatically tested before release.
