complex2000 Automated Chemiluminescence Imaging System is designed for imaging and analysis of chemiluminescent blots and compatible fluorescent samples. A cooled 16-bit CCD detector captures up to 65,535 grayscale levels. The 6-megapixel camera uses a 25 mm f/0.95 lens with 1-2× motorized zoom and 1×1, 2×2, or 4×4 binning. Automatic exposure and onboard image analysis support one-touch acquisition and quantitative review. The 11 × 9 cm imaging area accommodates up to four small blot membranes or gels. A manual sample drawer and optional excitation and emission filter set support configured fluorescence channels. TIFF, JPG, and PNG output formats support data storage and downstream analysis.
