The Combination VacIon Plus Pump is manufactured by Agilent Technologies, which integrates titanium sublimation pump technology to achieve ultra-high vacuum. The compound pump configuration is suitable for VacIon Plus 150, 300 or 500, and includes a cylindrical cryogenic plate, an additional 8-inch ConFlat flange interface installed on the outside or bottom, and a TSP sublimation source mounted to the interface to provide additional high extraction speed.
