Miniature VacIon Pumps (CAT#: AM-LE-0718-Y)

The Miniature and small VacIon Pumps are manufactured by Agilent Technologies. The mini Vaclon ion pump uses a two-pole pump structure and provides a nitrogen pumping speed of approximately 0.4 L/s. 2 L/s model adopts improved two-pole pump structure, which can improve the ability to start at low pressure. The 10 L/s pump uses an inert gas-optimized bipolar ion pump structure, which has a high efficiency for residual gases such as hydrogen.
