Claricap™ D Capsule Depth Filter, PC/PE (CAT#: STEM-BC-0204-ZJF)

The Claricap™ D capsule depth filter uses high-purity cellulose, diatomaceous earth, and ionically crosslinked wet-strength resin to form a tight 3D structure with gradually decreasing pore size. PC is high-load positive charge, PE is high-load negative charge. The capsule design provides high dirt-holding capacity and low extractables, suitable for fermentation broth, cell culture media, serum, blood products, enzymes, and chemical decolorization. Maximum operating temperatures are 80°C (PC) and 40°C (PE), with differential pressures up to 0.24 MPa / 0.3 MPa. Pre-wash is recommended: 50 L/m² (single layer) or 100 L/m² (double layer). Endotoxin <0.25 EU/mL.
