Description

The CF-8-10LT and CF-8-10LTP are large-capacity ceramic-fiber resistance furnaces. They provide a 16 L chamber for elemental analysis, sample heating, and treatment of small metal components. The system operates from a 380 V power supply and uses an 8 kW resistance-heating arrangement. Ceramic-fiber insulation minimizes stored heat and improves heating efficiency. Resistance wires embedded in the internal walls help maintain a uniform furnace environment. PID control provides precise regulation while the LCD displays current and target temperatures. The integrated furnace-and-controller design simplifies installation and routine operation. A stainless-steel safety door cuts heating automatically when opened and reduces heat loss when closed. The LTP model supports 32 programmed heating segments for complex thermal cycles.
