The CF-2.5-12LT and CF-2.5-12LTP are compact ceramic-fiber furnaces for high-temperature laboratory processing. They can be used for elemental analysis, sample ashing, and thermal treatment of small metal parts. The chamber insulation uses aluminum-silicate fiber to reduce heat loss and energy consumption. A lightweight ceramic-fiber furnace structure shortens heating time and limits heat transfer to the exterior. High-temperature resistance wire embedded in the chamber wall promotes uniform heating. PID control maintains the selected temperature while the LCD shows set and current values. The stainless-steel side-opening door provides durable and flexible access. Heating power is interrupted automatically whenever the door is opened. The LTP model adds a standard 32-segment programmable temperature sequence.
