Description

SX2Q-1-12T-SX2Q-9-17T Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace, up to 1,200/1,400/1,700 °C, -0.1 MPa is designed for high-temperature treatment under vacuum or inert gas. The system uses sealed resistance heating under controlled atmosphere. The documented operating envelope is up to 1,200/1,400/1,700 °C, -0.1 MPa. The series contains 12 configurations with different chamber or tube dimensions and power ratings. Electronic PID control regulates heating rate, dwell time, and target temperature. Insulation and heating elements are selected for the stated maximum-temperature class. Protection functions monitor overtemperature, current, sensor, door, or pressure conditions where specified. Vacuum, inert-gas, programmable, or multi-zone operation is available according to the configuration. The series supports repeatable operation within the documented temperature, load, pressure, and environmental limits.
