The CF-10-12LT and CF-10-12LTP are large-volume ceramic-fiber furnaces for high-temperature laboratory applications. They are designed for elemental analysis, sample ashing, and heat treatment of metal materials. The 16 L chamber supports larger samples or higher batch quantities. A 10 kW high-temperature resistance system provides heating up to a displayed range of 1200°C. Ceramic-fiber insulation lowers thermal conductivity, chamber heat storage, and empty-furnace energy loss. Embedded high-temperature elements promote rapid and even heating throughout the working area. PID regulation and LCD indication allow operators to monitor set and actual temperatures clearly. The stainless-steel door uses an automatic heating cutoff to prevent operation while open. The LTP version includes 32-segment programmable control for staged temperature procedures.
