Ca++ Pure-HA Hydroxyapatite Chromatography Medium, Industrial Scale (CAT#: STEM-BC-3229-ZJF)

Highlights

High chromatographic selectivity

Spherical macroporous particles

Sintered mechanical strength

Cat Number: STEM-BC-3229-ZJF

Application: for high-selectivity biomolecule purification

Model: Ca++ Pure-HA

Description

This hydroxyapatite chromatography medium is designed for high-selectivity purification of biological molecules. Its ligand and structural matrix are formed from the same hydroxyapatite material. The material has a spherical macroporous hexagonal crystal structure. High-temperature sintering improves mechanical strength and chemical stability. The medium can resolve proteins that are difficult to separate by electrophoresis or other chromatographic modes. It is suitable for monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, antibody subclasses, isoenzymes, and antibody fragments. The medium can also separate single-stranded DNA from double-stranded DNA. Its strength supports repeated cycling at high flow rates in large industrial columns.
