Description

The Supercritical Fluid Chromatography System is a laboratory semi-preparative system for analysis, method development, and purification. It is suitable for natural product analysis, chiral compound resolution, heat-sensitive natural product purification, and complex sample separation. The system uses supercritical carbon dioxide as the main mobile phase to reduce organic solvent use. Intelligent gradient control and online detection support controlled separation workflows. The modular system can be upgraded toward preparative applications. It can also be combined with additional detectors for expanded analysis. Column and pump configurations cover laboratory and semi-preparative scale work. The workstation supports data processing and chromatographic control.
