The Beckman J6 series is a range of versatile centrifuges for high volume laboratory applications. With important safety features and built-in special diagnostics, the J6 centrifuge system is compatible with a wide variety of rotors, carriers, adapters and other accessories. The Beckman J6 series centrifuges are available in three models: the basic, easy-to-operate analog Beckman J6-hc centrifuge, the more sophisticated digital Beckman J6-mc centrifuge, and the digital Beckman J6-mi centrifuge with a brushless induction drive .

The Beckman J6 centrifuge is designed to provide maximum uptime and increased productivity. These systems can be equipped with ARIES (Automatic Rotor Imbalance Balancing System) rotors to eliminate manual sample balancing. The rugged belt-driven motor also provides higher torque and faster acceleration, and provides low wear and long motor life.

The Beckman J6 centrifuge is equipped with a sophisticated detection system to prevent operation in rotor imbalance, overspeed or overtemperature conditions. Electronic door interlocks also ensure that the chamber door is securely closed before work begins and remains locked during work to ensure operator safety. For maximum versatility, optional Beckman rotors and accessories are available to assist any laboratory in getting the most from the J6 Series instruments.
