The Bead Mill Homogenizer YMY40 is designed for grinding and homogenizing biological and environmental samples. High-speed oscillatory motion drives sample tubes through a repeated grinding trajectory. The system can process plant, animal, microbial, soil, hair, and other laboratory specimens. Up to three microtubes can be handled at the same time for small-batch sample preparation. Speed and treatment time are adjustable to match different sample hardness and disruption requirements. A protective cover stops operation when opened to reduce exposure to moving components. The compact instrument supports downstream DNA, RNA, protein, and cellular extraction workflows.
