The HT-300 is a basic electrophoresis power supply for routine horizontal, vertical, and blot-transfer experiments. Microcomputer control provides switchable constant-voltage and constant-current operation. The output-voltage range is 10 to 300 V with a listed accuracy of ±1 V.
