Automatic Headspace Sampler DK100-A, 10 Positions (CAT#: STEM-AL2-5223-ZJF)

The Automatic Headspace Sampler DK100-A is designed for automated headspace sample introduction. It heats sealed sample vials to establish a vapor phase before transferring a defined gas portion to an analytical instrument. Separate temperature control is provided for the sample zone, injection valve, and transfer line. A color display provides access to operating settings and process information. The sampler supports simultaneous heating of ten vial positions. XYZ three-axis handling automates sample movement and repeated injections. Sampling and pressurization times can be adjusted for different headspace methods. The system is suitable for automated volatile-compound analysis coupled to compatible gas chromatographs.
