The Automatic Headspace Sampler AutoHS-27A is designed for automated headspace sample introduction. It heats sealed sample vials to generate a controlled vapor phase for chromatographic sampling. Independent thermal control is provided for the sample area, injection valve, and transfer line. A color user interface is used to configure and monitor the sampling process. Ten sample positions can be heated at the same time. XYZ three-axis motion enables automatic and continuous sample introduction. The operator can set sampling and pressurization intervals to match the analytical method. The instrument is suitable for automated headspace workflows coupled with compatible gas chromatographs.
