Automatic Digestion System SH60A, 60 Positions (CAT#: STEM-AL2-0442-ZJF)

The SH60A is an automatic wet-digestion system for sample preparation before elemental analysis. An X-Y robotic arm performs automatic quantitative reagent addition, while automatic lifting and variable-speed shaking mix samples and reagents. Two independently controlled heating modules allow different digestion schemes or reagent additions to run in parallel. Graphite surround heating supports 60 positions per batch with a maximum operating temperature of 240 °C. The listed temperature-control accuracy is ±0.1 °C and the inter-position temperature difference is within ±1 °C. A peristaltic pump and ten reagent channels provide reagent addition with less than 1% error at 50 mL and a listed rate of at least 2 mL/s. Ultrasonic liquid-level sensing supports automatic final-volume adjustment, while camera and color sensing support process and endpoint monitoring. Wi-Fi or RS-232 remote control, reagent-level monitoring, automatic cooling, and corrosion-resistant fluid paths support unattended digestion.
