The WhaleFill automated cell dispensing instrument is designed to dispense prepared therapeutic cell stock solution into storage containers for short-term refrigeration or long-term cryopreservation. It is suitable for off-the-shelf allogeneic therapy products, including CAR-NK, CAR-M, UCAR-T modified cell therapies, mesenchymal stem cell therapies, and cell-derived products such as exosomes. The system uses highly customizable flexible single-use consumables for closed sterile processing. High-precision peristaltic pumps, non-invasive flow meters, and high-precision weighing units provide multiple control layers for accurate dispensing. Optional modules can include stock solution mixing and temperature control according to product needs. Automated software control reduces manual intervention and supports process consistency. The software can monitor and record key process parameters in real time. Full process data are traceable to support regulatory requirements.
