APSNDB Low Adsorption Asymmetric PES Filter Cartridge (CAT#: STEM-BC-0048-ZJF)

APSNDB is a low-adsorption filter cartridge using a single-layer asymmetric hydrophilic Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane. The Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane provides very low adsorption and broad chemical compatibility for buffer filtration and compatible process liquids. The asymmetric structure improves loading capacity and helps reduce filtration cost. In simple solvent systems, the filter can achieve sterilizing-grade filtration. In some complex fluids, it can reduce microbial load effectively. The cartridge structure includes Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane, polypropylene support, polypropylene housing components, PBT interface liner, and multiple seal material options. It supports online steam sterilization and is tested for integrity before release. Each cartridge has a unique serial number for production and use traceability.
