Anti-Twist Inverted Cone Fitting, 1/4-28 UNF (CAT#: STEM-AL-2662-ZJF)

This anti-twist inverted cone fitting is designed for securing rigid tubing in fluid-handling systems. The compression plug is made from PPS, while the compression ring is made from ETFE. The fitting uses a standard 1/4-28 UNF threaded connection. It accommodates rigid tubing with several outside diameters. The plug and compression ring are matched as a corresponding pair. During tightening, the tubing remains stationary instead of rotating with the plug. This structure reduces tubing distortion and the connection loosening that can result from twisting. It also helps the connection remain secure when exposed to vibration.
