Description

This anchor stirring paddle is designed for slow mixing of more viscous materials. It is made from SUS304 stainless steel and treated by electropolishing. The smooth bright finish is free from burrs and easy to clean. Its anchor profile follows the vessel wall and produces tangential flow. This close-wall mixing pattern helps reduce material buildup and wall adhesion. The design is suitable for medium- to high-viscosity products and relatively large processing volumes. It can also promote a larger surface heat-transfer coefficient during temperature-controlled processing. Low-speed operation is recommended to maintain stable and uniform movement.
