Its food-grade stainless-steel probe folds through an adjustable angle from 0 to 180 degrees. Opening the probe automatically switches on the thermometer for immediate use. The fine 1.7 mm probe is suitable for thin foods such as patties, poultry portions, and fish fillets. A response time of four seconds or less helps capture rapidly changing internal temperatures. Minimum and maximum memory records observed extremes, while the hold function locks the current reading. The backlit dual-scale display presents readings in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Automatic calibration supports routine measurement verification. The IP67 housing can be washed, disinfected, and used in wet or greasy processing environments.
