Minimum and maximum temperatures are recorded for review during inspection. An automatic calibration function supports routine verification without an external adjustment procedure. The sealed one-piece housing provides resistance to water in demanding food-handling environments. Celsius and Fahrenheit units can be selected according to user preference.
