Description

1260 Infinity II Refractive Index Detector is manufactured by Agilent Technologies. Fast equilibration time and stable baseline facilitate analysis of carbohydrates, triglycerides, organic acids, and pharmaceutical excipients, and are ideal for polymer characterization using gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC).

Features

• 74 Hz data acquisition rate to ensure that even narrow peaks can be detected and accurately quantified
• Very low baseline noise, which can achieve excellent sensitivity and low detection limit
• Use Electronic Temperature Control (ETC) for unmatched thermal and electronic stability, keeping optical components stable at temperatures up to 55 °C
• Thermal design means that the initial setting generally does not exceed 2 hours
• When the lamp energy drops and the flow cell is polluted, the light intensity is automatically adjusted to compensate
• You can use the circulation valve to keep the system in operation, saving time and solvent
• Use programmable flushing and waiting times to automatically flush the reference flow cell
• Open the front panel to check and maintain pipelines and valves, easy maintenance
