XK3101(HL701) Weighing Controller, 300 Conversions/s (CAT#: STEM-BC-3319-ZJF)

The XK3101(HL701) is a high-speed weighing controller with integrated programmable control functions. It uses high-resolution sigma-delta analog-to-digital conversion at up to 300 times per second. The controller provides 30000 displayed divisions for precise process monitoring. Integrated PLC functionality supports coordinated weighing and machine-control tasks. Operating modes include bulk weighing, hopper and hopperless control, loss-in-weight operation, and net or gross filling. Additive, subtractive, sorting, preset-point, and upper- or lower-limit alarm functions are included. Expandable bus technology allows optional functional modules to be added. Optional calibrated current or voltage outputs support connection to external automation and monitoring systems.
