The XFD-1 is a Individual-Cell flotation machine designed for laboratory mineral-beneficiation experiments. It supports mixing, scrubbing, separation, and cleaning of small mineral samples. The machine is applicable to geology, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, mining, and research. Its 1 L flotation cell incorporates aeration, slurry suction, and flotation in one working circuit. The horizontal configuration facilitates changes to the experimental flow arrangement. Rational slurry circulation helps minimize coarse-particle sedimentation. A slurry-level control device enables convenient adjustment during operation. Upper and lower backward-inclined impeller blades create balanced upward and downward circulation. The three selectable impeller speeds allow operating conditions to be adapted to different mineral samples.
