The XFD-0.75 is a laboratory Individual-Cell flotation machine for processing small quantities of mineral material. It is used in geological, metallurgical, chemical, mining, building-material, and scientific research facilities. The unit performs sample agitation, scrubbing, separation, and flotation concentration. Air intake, slurry suction, and flotation are integrated within the same cell. This self-contained arrangement reduces the need for supporting equipment. The slurry-circulation design limits coarse-sand deposition during testing. An adjustable slurry-level control supports convenient process regulation. The upper impeller blades produce upward circulation, while the lower blades generate downward circulation. Its 0.75 L cell provides additional sample capacity while retaining a compact laboratory footprint.
