The XFD-0.5 is a Individual-Cell flotation machine for laboratory mineral-processing applications. It is suitable for geological, metallurgical, building-material, chemical, mining, and research laboratories. The machine supports agitation, scrubbing, separation, and concentration of small mineral samples. Its flotation cell combines air intake, slurry suction, and flotation functions in one independent circuit. The horizontal arrangement allows the experimental process to be changed without additional auxiliary equipment. A controlled slurry-circulation structure helps reduce the settling of coarse particles. The adjustable slurry-level mechanism simplifies operating-condition control. Backward-inclined upper and lower impeller blades generate upward and downward slurry circulation. The compact 0.5 L cell is suitable for small-batch flotation experiments.
