The WhaleMixer desktop magnetic stirrer is designed for laboratory-scale and small-batch biopharmaceutical mixing applications. It supports efficient mixing of 0.2-20 L liquid volumes using a compact desktop system. The system uses single-use mixing bags to simplify operation and reduce contamination risk. It is suitable for cell culture medium preparation, buffer preparation, intermediate homogenization, substrate mixing, and formulation steps. The bag design can be customized for impeller structure and manifold connection requirements. Bag supports are available in acrylic or stainless steel with a temperature-control jacket. Optional monitoring functions can support weighing, conductivity, pH, temperature, and dissolved oxygen measurement. The software can monitor and record stirring speed, time, and sensor parameters during operation.
