Water-Bath Nitrogen Evaporator WD1000 is a nitrogen evaporation system for concentrating liquid laboratory samples. It is intended to accelerate solvent removal by directing controlled nitrogen flow over heated sample vessels. The heating system provides thermal assistance while the gas manifold delivers nitrogen to the sample positions. Adjustable gas delivery allows the evaporation process to be matched to the number and format of samples. The sample support or module defines the compatible tube, plate, or vessel arrangement. Vertical adjustment of the gas needles supports alignment with different sample heights where specified. Dry-block or water-bath heating is used according to the model configuration.
