UV-Vis Spectrophotometer Cintra 3030/4040, 190-900 nm (CAT#: STEM-AL-9650-ZJF)

The Cintra 3030/4040 series comprises research-grade ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers. Both listed models cover a wavelength range from 190 to 900 nm and use double-beam direct-ratio photometric systems. The Cintra 3030 uses a Czerny-Turner monochromator with a holographic grating and a continuously adjustable spectral bandwidth from 0.2 to 5.0 nm. The Cintra 4040 uses a dual-Littrow monochromator with a continuously adjustable spectral bandwidth from 0.1 to 2.0 nm. Both models use photomultiplier-tube detection and automatic switching between tungsten-halogen and deuterium light sources. The optical systems are enclosed and use quartz-coated reflective optics for resistance to dust and vapor exposure. The systems support wavelength scans, time scans, absorbance measurement, quantitative analysis, kinetic measurements, and multicomponent analysis. The Cintra 4040 additionally supports integrated control of autosamplers, multicell changers, and sipper accessories through the sample compartment.
