USB to RS232/RS485 Serial Converter (CAT#: STEM-AL-2691-ZJF)

The USB serial converter is designed for communication testing and serial-interface debugging. It converts a USB connection to RS232 or RS485 communication. A selectable switch arrangement allows the required serial function to be configured. The device connects directly through a USB interface. It can be used after the appropriate driver has been installed. Hot-plug operation allows connection and removal without shutting down the host system.
