The Ultrasonic Cleaner BK-360J, Tank Of Stainless Steel Construction is a bench top ultrasonic cleaner that removes soil from immersed items by cavitation. A generator converts line power into a high frequency signal, and tank mounted transducers turn that signal into mechanical vibration in the liquid. The vibration forms microscopic bubbles that collapse against the surface of the load and lift contamination away from it. The unit is offered for general laboratory and teaching work in which batches of items are cleaned together. Because the action reaches recesses and blind holes, parts that are awkward to clean by hand can be treated in one cycle. The load is held in a stainless steel basket above the tank floor, which keeps items away from the transducer surface.
