The Ultrasonic Cell Disruptor FS-100T is designed for ultrasonic disruption, dispersion, homogenization, and extraction. A piezoelectric transducer converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration delivered through a probe. The probe transfers ultrasonic energy directly into the sample for cell disruption, particle dispersion, emulsification, extraction, or reaction acceleration. Power and process time can be adjusted to match sample volume and treatment intensity. Pulse operation allows on and off periods to be programmed for temperature-sensitive samples. Automatic amplitude compensation and resonance tracking support stable ultrasonic output as sample loading changes. Protection functions stop or pause operation when overload or excessive temperature conditions are detected. The instrument is intended for laboratory sample preparation in biological, chemical, pharmaceutical, and materials workflows.
