The TY-102-12 is a high-throughput dispensing workstation with twelve independent high-precision syringe pumps. It is designed for accurate microvolume dispensing into 96-well plates, microplates, and PCR-format plates. Up to twelve different reagents can be processed in the same system. Powerful control software automates repetitive filling tasks and reduces manual labor. The fluid paths can be calibrated and cleaned for repeatable operation. Individual plate positions support row or column selection. Optical plate detection identifies plate placement and supports selectable orientation. Dispensing needles can enter the wells to improve liquid placement at volumes from 1 μL to 200 μL.
